Material: plastic wall plugs, screws

Curated Rafael Schacter (Somerset House) Hannah Beck-Mannagetta and Lena Fliessbach (Kunsthalle Exnergasse)

Commonplace wall plugs in a variety of colors and sizes; normally used to install more conventional flatware, are arranged behind other artists works. Simultaneously, The screws that keep these other artworks mounted to the wall are threaded into the wall plugs contained in these patterns. These simple abstractions remain invisible while being crucial to the final display.
The hidden artworks were made visible by uploading them into Tinder (the free, location-based mobile dating app). Each artwork was Geo-located and had an online profile describing its qualities. Shy, logical, introverted, likes to hang...etc
Artworks supported, in order of appearance: Saeio, Sven Johne, Eltono, Diana Artus, HuskMitNavn, Janina Lange
